Yes, our Guaranteed Life insurance would be considered “no medical exam” life insurance. This policy does not require a medical exam or health questions. If you are 50+ years old, your acceptance is guaranteed regardless of health.

Can Gerber Life Insurance Company cancel my guaranteed life insurance policy?

No. Once coverage begins, Gerber Life Insurance Company cannot cancel your policy while premiums are paid. Only you can cancel the coverage.

What if I change my mind after setting up my guaranteed life insurance policy?

You have 30 days to examine and accept your guaranteed life insurance coverage. If you decide that you no longer want the coverage that your policy offers, simply cancel within 30 days for a full refund of all premiums that you’ve paid.

No. The amount you pay when coverage begins is the same amount you’ll pay for the duration of the policy. The only time your premiums may change is if you update your coverage amount, payment method or the frequency of your payments.

A graded death benefit refers to the first two years of a guaranteed life policy, during which time the death benefit will be modified for death due to natural causes. Your beneficiary will receive the full benefit for accidental death. If you were to pass from natural causes in the first two years of your Guaranteed Life Insurance policy, your policy will pay 110% of earned premiums. The full benefit amount of your policy can be paid after the two-year period. This graded death benefit is why we are able to guarantee your acceptance regardless of health.

Gerber Life Insurance Company will not issue insurance for any proposed insured when a Power of Attorney or Guardianship exists on the proposed insured, except legal guardians of children. Guaranteed Life is individual whole life insurance with modified benefits. For applicants age 50-80 (50-75 in New York) who die (for any reason other than an accident as defined in the policy) within the first two years of coverage, the death benefit will equal 110% of earned premiums. The full death benefit amount is only payable for other causes after the first two years of coverage (or any shorter period required by applicable law).

Important exclusions apply regarding accidental death. Please review the application and/or policy contract for details.
